Cause
Caused by the design having a very large total dollars. The limit is
$99,999,99.
Resolution
It will have to be changed.
Additional Comments
These large numbers are due to the designer selecting a Global Option
or Price Level that is not allowed, so 2020 has a large number like
9999.00 percent upcharge to warn the designer of the problem.
