Symptoms
Unwanted text lines are showing up in Bistrack.
Cause
For Bistrack or any other system that can import description fields
greater than 32 characters, "word wrap", under the Description Tab of
Options & Settings must not be checked.
Resolution
Under XpressPOS Options & Settings, select the Descriptions Tab. If
"Use Word wrap for long descriptions" is selected, uncheck it.
The screen capture below is for the Andersen iQ Module. Other Modules
will appear differently.
