Problem
The user updated 2020 Kitchens or re-installed it and XpressPOS no
longer works.
Resolution
For 2020 Kitchen Design you may have to:
1. Install the Application Integration (XML) Module that matches the
2020 version and Service Pack that is installed on the machine.
Downloads are available from:
http://www.2020.net
Select "Support Downloads".

At the bottom of the page in the add-ons section, select the Application
Integration that matches the version and build number of your 2020
Design program.

Tip: To find the exact build number of your 2020 Design
version, go to the Help Menu and the About command.

Tip: To check if you have already installed the
Application Integration Module for 2020, load a design and go to the
2020 Reports on Design menu.
You must have "Application Integration" run the Application Integration
report, and the Application Integration form will appear. If you get the
message "You do not have access privileges..." the 2020 Security Key is
not programmed for the XML data. For more details see:

2. Either Run or Save, and then Run the Application Integration
installation program.
3. From the Reports on Design menu, with a design on the screen, run the
Application Integration report.
Now set the options as shown below:

4. Click Run to make sure these settings are saved as the default
settings.
For XpressPOS do the following:
From the program Menu for Saberis XpressPOS 2006, run the "Add XpressPOS
to 2020 reports Menu".
