After you have updated to Andersen iQ Version 11.1, XpressPOS may be unable to locate your file. The error message will be
similar to "The file XpressPOS.xml does not exist in the path...please
verify the settings in Options and Settings".
This is caused by your file name and/or
Save As folder being different than the import settings in
XpressPOS Options & Settings. To resolve the problem:

Go to Options and Settings and click
on Andersen.

Make sure that the name you
submitted from Andersen iQ is the same as the Import
File Name in XpressPOS Options and Settings.

Then, verify that the Import File
Path you used in the Andersen iQ Save As form is the
same as the Import File Path in XpressPOS Options and
Settings.

When you process an iQ V11.1 order with XpressPOS, you will get the following warning:

Click on Yes.
We strongly recommend that you verify
the first few orders to ensure that XpressPOS is processing
V11.1 orders correctly.
Saberis will issue an update that will
eliminate this warning as soon as we are confident that
there are no issues.
