Last week Saberis started updating all versions of XpressPOS 2006 from Version 7.2.2 to 8.1.4.

The new release is Version 8.2.

The first step will be the Automatic Update of the Saberis Update Manager (SUM) to 2.0.3.

Starting on Tuesday, August 19, Updates for the core XpressPOS 2006 and  all Modules will be available through the Saberis Automatic Updates.

The Andersen Module will include the Update for iQ 8.1. In the meantime, iQ 8.1 will process through XpressPOS. There does not appear to be any significant changes that affect processing.

If you do not seem to get the update, please go to the Updates button in the Saberis Options & Settings, under Utilities.

If your version is pre 7.2.2 or is not XpressPOS 2006, please contact Saberis Support.

Andersen iQ negative problem fixed. Saberis started to released the fix with XpressPOS V8.1.4 on April 25.

This was download automatically to all iQ users with XpressPOS Version 8.1.0 or later. For users on earlier version, please email support@saberis.com requesting an update to 8.1.0. Please give the company name and the Version of XpressPOS currently in use.

Saberis is now working on problems caused by user adjustments. These will be fixed and released with version 8.2.0 in the next week or two.

Saberis announces the discontinuing of support for XpressPOS V 6 as of January 1, 2008. All users should update to XpressPOS 2006.
