"In the past, we entered and maintained all inventory items from Kraftmaid and other cabinet vendors in our Eclipse ERP system. With the help of Saberis, we now use XpressPOS integration software to manage this task efficiently and effectively. XpressPOS allows us to process 2020 Kitchen Designs as a "special order" item with one standard SKU, thereby eliminating the time-consuming maintenance in the ERP system. The end result is that all data comes over from 2020 within seconds with just a few clicks.

We use XpressPOS to apply 2020 upcharges to each line item and "roll-up" attachment pricing into the cabinet prices. After processing the order through XpressPOS, each item carries the exact price and cost without requiring manual intervention.

With the data that XpressPOS sends from 2020, we will now be able to EDI our orders to Kraftmaid and other cabinet vendors directly from our Eclipse Purchasing module.
