If you have a suggestion for an enhancement to
one of our products, or you have an issue that our support information doesn't
seem to address, you can Log an Incident directly with our Help Desk.
This information will immediately log an incident with our Saberis
support staff manning the support desk. Someone will get back to you ASAP.
Saberis tries to respond to all requests within an hour, however
it could be as late as the next morning.

and setting up XpressPOS are covered in our new Support Web Site pages.
We also have a new Knowledge Base for trouble shooting problems that may
occur. These documents along with the support pages cover 95% of all
support calls we receive. If you have comments,
